Seeking Team Members!
We`re looking for part time bookkeepers for our Accounting Department to partake in both accounting and administrative functions.
We are located right in Port Chester in a newly redesigned warehouse/loft corporate office
Graduation Source is expanding and we need people who are bright and learn fast.
The position will include a variety of tasks including:
Assisting in all AR and AP Related Functions within Accounting Department
Answering and directing phone calls
Making phone calls
Taking and distributing messages
Handling inquiries and incoming work requests
Reviewing files and records to answer requests for information
Checking and distributing documents and correspondence
Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail
Maintaining filing systems
Photocopying, scanning and faxing
Sending emails
Preparing outgoing mail
Typing documents
Data entry
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Degree Required
1-2 years of College Preferred
Business Degree Candidates Preferred
Proficiency in MS Office Suite Applications
